Calf Raises For Better Running | It ain't me (Amapiano Remix) | I Love Amapiano!

After working on fixing my foot (Plantar Fasciitis), I've been stretching my calves and doing calf raises. My running technique improved from gaining stronger calves.

I'm going incorporate calve raises as a part of my training since it now a weakness that has been bringing a halt to my training. This has been an interesting issue that brings to my attention the importance of a thorough recovery. Currently I'm just starting my day and not stretching after my run. This the route of my problems. I'll do better, because I'm losing my results.

Also I Love Amapiano, this remix is nice, but there are many more excellent song out there! My new favorite artist right now are Busiswa, Kamo Mphela, Wande Coal, DJ Neptune and Focalistic!

There are more, but I can't think of them all!
