I've taking my running seriously and studying experienced runners on how to improve my conditioning. I have been successfully applying what I have learned and have been experiencing the improvements. During my research I stumbled upon Recovery Runs as a type of low intensity running style. Recovery runs are an excellent tool used by runners to heal from more intense training and to prepare for intense training.

In my previous consecutive day running sessions, I would run all of the runs at full speed without any difference each run. I didn't understand that there were different types of runs. Different types of runs are the tools used to get faster as a runner and better as an athlete. This fits in perfectly with my new callisthenic routine, so I can become a better martial artist.
