Your health is the most important thing you have. I experienced this first hand when I caught the Flu a few weeks back. I was incapacitated for 4 days. I lost strength and endurance in that short time.
I felt terrible.
Now that I've recovered, I'm slowly building back my strength. Push Ups, Squats and Glute Bridges are the core of my recovery training with planks and Russian Twist done on the off days.
I can't wait to reach my goals!
