Philadelphia City Hall Merry-Go-Round Full Video

The Philadelphia City Hall has a brand new attraction. I've first seen the merry-go-round when I walked through on my break. It was very pleasant surprise seeing the construction of a classic turn of the century merry-go-round.

It looks fun and the music is nice to hear.
