Print On Demand Product Policy

All Print On Demand (POD) products are custom manufactured specifically for each customer at the time an order is placed. Because these items are made-to-order, they are not mass-produced, stocked, or restocked.

Exchanges

Due to the custom nature of Print On Demand products, we are unable to offer exchanges, including size, color, or design changes, once an order has been produced. Each item is created exclusively for the original order and cannot be returned to inventory.

Refunds

Customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are dissatisfied with your Print On Demand product for any reason, a full refund is available. Please contact our customer support team within the designated return window, and we will be happy to assist you with the refund process.
